god, if i wasn't a gay man and my sister wasn't styling this show i would have been a very naughty boy.

'friend of mine' by designers teale talbot and letitia mclean made their runway debut at RAFW. the show was also styled by my very talented sister alexandra spencer from '4th and bleeker'.

the show was really cool and sexy.

my favorite part was when my sister screamed out "someone get me a FUCKING DOO-RAG!!!!" then turned to me and said "god i never thought i'd say that in my life"

if you wanna hear an epic song too, the show opened with 'baby's on fire' by the venus in furs.

Here is a movie I directed for Emma Mulholland. A sneak peak into her debut show for Rosemount Australian Fashion Week!

Pedestrian TV write:

Emma Mulholland’s short film will make you want to take psychotropics and go to a rave dressed as a giant jellyfish... or is that just us? Titled Queen Aurelia, the film coincides with Mullholland's debut RAFW show next week and earmarks her as a designer to watch... especially if you've ever attended a rave dressed as a giant jellyfish.

A TAFE graduate, Mulholland sent excitement quivers through the fashion community with her 2010 graduate collection, Cruel Summer (yes, this is also the name of a Bananarama song). Picking up on the 90s surf vibes present in her first collection, Queen Aurelia is an extension of this aesthetic, a popping colour mishmash of aquamarine and tribal elements.

"This time, Balinese friendship bracelets and Aztec prints will be incorporated, plus references to the unique and rich cultures of the Samburu tribe of Africa and the people of Papua New Guinea," Mulolland explains.

The short also marks a promising foray into film for its director, Byron Spencer. Originally a street style/social photographer, Spencer is breaking into fashion having shot the adjoining Cruel Summer campaign as well as a lookbook for Shakuhachi. “Really fast, fun and exciting but with that mystical side,” is how Spencer describes what he was going for. Add an original "legit banger" by Nicky Van She and Rachel Rutt as a beguiling sea goddess and you've got yourself a small fluorescent masterpiece.

Garçon Garçon are currently at Studio 301 recording their debut EP, due out 2011. They say it will "showcase both sweaty club anthems and sleazy electro pop treats - LA, Hollywood, hot summer nights, convertibles, the sunset strip". To support this release, the boys have scheduled their first overseas dates for early 2011 across North American and Europe. Catch them before the world does.

Here is an exclusive peek at the new campaign images for 'Wheels and Dollbaby' shot by the amazing Elvis Di Fazio and modeled by the fiery haired face of the brand, Tiah Eckhardt.

Wheel's designer, Melanie Greensmith invited us into her beautiful, Parisian inspired apartment to shoot the campaign.

This collection sees Wheels and Dollbaby's style go a little bit 'geisha pin-up', diving into a slight oriental feel in the fabrics and designs.

I was asked to shoot a behind the scenes film which is now available for your viewing pleasure too!

Pedestrian pal (Paldestrian?) Byron Spencer has just shot Shakuhachi's aptly named Pre-Fall range ‘Shoot Me!’, enlisting the help of an obedient black dog and fresh-faced Texan Ali Lagarde. Buoyed by a summery palette of limes, blues, golds and peach the label's carefree spirit manifests in diaphanous silk chiffon dresses and batwing jumpsuits but if you're slightly more conservative there are less daring options too. Loose gold lamé jackets, slouchy blouses or drop-waist dresses are just as covetable and serve as office wear (depending on where you work) or casual nightwear with equal aplomb.
